Flatout Bread
Flatout Bread is owned by Stacey and Mike Marsh, two entrepreneurial spirits who began their journey fresh out of college by opening a restaurant in Michigan. Eventually, their customers became so enamored with their flatbread that they encouraged them to start making and selling their own. Thus, Flatout Bread was born and it has grown into a delicious, nationally recognized company through their wraps, Fold-It flatbread, Edge-On crisps and newest line of Hungry Girl products.

- Twitter followers have grown from 0 to more than 2,200 since April 2010
- Flatout sees an average of over 1.15 re-tweets per follower – meaning their fans are engaged in two-way conversations and follow the brand because they are interested in the conversation
- Facebook fans have grown from 145 to more than 5,000 since April 2010
- The Facebook page receives more than 1,000 visits per week and an average of at least 140 interactions, ranging from wall posts to specific answers to questions posed by the Flatout team

- The Flatout Fresh blog content includes recipes and tips on healthy eating and living
- In September 2010, we worked with five rock star mom bloggers to put out a month’s worth of back-to-school lunches, complete with grocery lists and video recipe tutorials
